Damn Stogie, you were so close ....but needed the Ghia model to have it totally correct. Thanks for playing.......

BeWare | Mustang II were junk regardless of the model. Our Daughter had one but not for long. One problem after another. |
silverkat | AC J Wallis mispelled Ghia Spelled it Giha so I say it's a 74 Mustang II Ghia I win I win I win....... |
Landscape Doctor | ^^^^^^^^^^^ This should be interesting. |
padroo | I knew but didn't want to seem pushy. Those mustangs were made from Pinto parts. lol |
ALLEY CAT | "To error is human,,,to forgive,,,,is against POA policy?" . . .
Wallis emailed me to correct the spelling....he didn't have his 'spell-check' on. I spoke with Spike, the Tuesday game official ,,,and he said "there is 'no review challenge accepted' in this game!"... Spike's decision is final, and he is passing a message along to S/K and L/Doc: . . |

Did Catfish return from the grave? Bless him ,,,,,,,,,,, |
Gort | The only thing that's valuable on a Mustang Two is the front suspension. It's the top choice of street rodders that race or show hot rod cars . It's narrow and perfect for pre war cars. They even reproduce it by after market companies. Before you junk it cut the front suspension off and sell it. The rest of the car is worthless. http://www.speedwaymotors.com/search?query=mustang+ii+suspension&utm_source=bing&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=SMI - Mustang II (NB)&utm_term=mustang 2 suspension kits&utm_content=SuspensionThis message has been edited by Gort on 10-25-2016 at 12:15 PM |

ALLEY CAT | "Lawn Doctor suspects,,,,, " Look closely ,,,,, see anyone in there who g-a-chit what L/Doc suspects? Nada,,, L/Doc and his Friday night Rust Bucket contests are corrupt.
Him,,,padroo, and BK are all in cahoots to rigging the outcome of his games. I no longer compete there......I was the 'champ',,but the corrupt mob went against me |

Sure was a cover up,,, down hill at episode 1. At least I gave a valid description of my decision. A private pm to fix a flub as a excuse,,,PLEASE.I will be discontinuing POS Fridays. I am actually flattered that AC liked my idea. He definately has more time on his hands than I do. I will let him be happy.
|
garysss | Don't do it LD. Keep posting POS Friday's, they can't stay away.LOL. |

In fairness,,,,I mentioned I was going to start another type game,,,one where more members could play. Friday nights isn't always conducive to many wanting to play. Going downhill? OK,,,,, A cover-up is pronouncing a winner, and then taking the trophy away, |

Interesting....I bought a used Mustang II off my brother. I drove it for years without a problem and sold it to a fellow factory worker who gave it to his daughter for a college car. Body was tight, car was a tank in the snow. I believe it had bias belted tires on it! 2.3L OHC 4 cyl with manual 4 speed. Good vehicle for the second oil embargo years. Although ugly, a good reliable car in my opinion! Had well over 130K on her when I sold her!

ed monahan | Lou, I can't believe you are disagreeing with Catfish II. lol He has spoken. |
Dano | I know this is belated...but "I drove it for years" "Body was tight" "Although ugly" "I sold her!" I sure hope you are talking about the car... This message has been edited by Dano on 10-20-2017 at 10:06 PM |
